Preserved false pepper tree
The False Pepper Tree belongs to the Anacardiaceae family (cashew nut tree). It originally grew in South America and can nowadays be found in Brasil, Uruguay and in the Northern parts of Argentina. The plant has either one trunk or more stems which grow upright and it has numerous pendulous branches which tend to hang over. The top foliage crown spreads out in a wide and scrambled manner.
